I'm falling from the sky

I close my eyes and just breathe

I know what is coming

In the moments before impact

I remember...everything

There were times I smiled

Other times I cried

There were times I laughed

Other times I bled

There were times I loved

Other times I shattered

These were the moments I felt alive

I can feel the wind rushing over my skin

Hear the sound of my heart screaming

I have decided not to be afraid

I cannot change what is coming

I've lived my life sincerely

I'm falling from the sky

Pieces of me scatter across the earth
